BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
During the first week of each month, the service provider will provide monthly service at each location for the control and elimination of the following animals/insects to include, but not be limited to;
- Roaches,
- Ants,
- Rats,
- Mice,
- Spiders,
- Crickets,
- Earwigs,
- Silverfish,
- Millipedes,
- Centipedes, and,
- Pillbugs/sowbugs.
FIRE ALARM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

Contractor must be able to respond to any emergency within 4 hours, 24/7.
Contractor must supply 3 customer references.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The service provider will conduct the annual testing of the fire alarm system only. Fire suppression system(s) is/are a separate contract. The service provider will also provide any necessary repairs and/or alterations during the term of the contract.
